Process Concepts
An application consists of one or more related processes that together support all the required business-related functions. As noted earlier, there are several different types of processes. The next sections of this chapter discuss some of the features of each type of process. Later in this manual there is a more extensive overview of the process facility and provide definitive descriptions of the specifications needed for individual process types. |
